**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging and informative product demos for prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoho products.
- **Lead Management**: Actively follow up on leads, track sales activities, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Consultation**: Understand client needs and challenges, provide expert advice on Zoho solutions, and tailor recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
- **Sales Closure**: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and customization of Zoho products for clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Zoho product updates to effectively position our solutions.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in zoho products, preferably within the service industry.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or SaaS solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Zoho products or similar CRM, ERP, and analytics solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
