**Position: Customer Care Executive**

**Gender: Female**

**Experience: 0-2 years**

**Qualification: Any throughout English medium only**

**Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days working)**

**Salary : 17000 to 22000**

**Key Responsibities**:
**Communication**:

- Should generate leads and turning them into potential customers.**
**- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)**:

- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers**:

- Excellent documentation skills**:

- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present**:

- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution**:

- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently**
**- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach and pleasant personality.**:

- Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.**:

- Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills.**

**Technical Skills required**:

- Knowledge of computers is mandatory.**:

- Understanding and working knowledge of basic software, Proficient in Microsoft Office.**
**- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.**
**- Excellent typing skills**:

- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites**:

- Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media**:

- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment**
**- Very clear speech is required in English and Hindi.**
