1. Position: Social media executive

2. Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

3. Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media efforts.
- Maintain a social media calendar and prepare reports showcasing the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate with them regards to marketing, content, and design to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor social media conversations related to the brand, industry, and competitors, and

participate in discussions when appropriate.
- Analyze social media data, campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and other traditional channels.
- Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and other offline activities to promote the brand and engage with the target audience.
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.

4. Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work

experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and budget management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and responsive to fast-paced changes in the digital landscape.

5. Perks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
