**Sales & Business Development**:

- Generate new leads and identify potential clients in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and welding, who require dry ice or CO2 liquid.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service for clients.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the CO2 liquid and dry ice industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor industry developments to identify areas for business growth.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports, including progress towards targets, forecasts, and any issues encountered during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and optimize sales strategies.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and trade events.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors (experience in CO2, dry ice, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and negotiate deals.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while being a team player.
- A strong customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**Additional Skills**:

- Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market exploration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
