We are looking OCI System Administrator. Must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years of Systems Administration (Linux, Windows) in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Deep expertise in advanced troubleshooting, system performance tuning, and infrastructure automation in OCI.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux OS internals, including boot process, file systems, process and memory management, network stack.
- Strong in managing and troubleshooting LVM, RAID, NFS, multipathing, boot issues, init/systemd, and package management (dnf/yum/rpm).
- Proficient in configuring and securing SSH, firewall (iptables/nftables), NFS/SMB, Syslog, and systemd services.
- Hands on experience in writing and modifying Terraform and Ansible scripts for managing OCI Infrastructure.
- Extensive automation of system tasks: log rotation, patching, user management, backup scripts, system health monitoring in OCI
- OS image build for Linux, Windows and patch automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
- Hands on Experience in OCI solutions: virtual machines/networks, hybrid cloud, identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, cloud storage.
- Hands on Experience with provisioning storage, compute nodes, network in OCI
- Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
