New Devki Ayur Lab is a Micro enterprise established in 2021, specializing in the manufacture of Ayurvedic pharmaceutical preparations. Based in Ambala, Haryana, we have built a reputation for quality Ayurvedic medicines, including our trademarked brand "NUGLAM". Our mission is to promote wellness through traditional Ayurvedic formulations crafted with modern manufacturing standards.

Job Summary

As a Telecaller at New Devki Ayur Lab, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers through effective telephonic communication. Your role will involve educating clients about our Ayurvedic products while supporting our sales and marketing initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Connect with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our range of Ayurvedic products and services
- Provide detailed information about our Ayurvedic medicines and their benefits to interested clients
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond with appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our database system
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to help improve our products
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams on promotional campaigns
- Achieve monthly communication and conversion targets
- Represent our company values of wellness, quality, and customer care in all interactions

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
