Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting with customer support tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Meet and exceed sales or service targets set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, or promotions.

Skills Required:

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
