As a Telecaller Executive at Innovia Drugs, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement strategy. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce them to our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the growth of our customer base and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided script.
- Present and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- 12+, Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
