**Job Title: CRM Manager with Sales Focus**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database (update customer profiles, track interactions, and manage leads).
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into active customers.
- Create and manage sales reports, customer segmentation, and analytics using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to plan customer engagement strategies.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through CRM data analysis.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.
- Develop and execute customer retention programs and loyalty campaigns.
- Regularly update and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in setting up marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer communications through the CRM.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, competition, and market opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM management and/or Sales support roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to achieve targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales processes.
- Knowledge of CRM automation and workflow setups.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer journey mapping is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
