
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed defined revenue and growth targets.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the **Pharmaceutical**, **Home Care**, and **Personal Care** sectors.
- Engage with **scientists, formulation experts, and procurement professionals** to introduce and position relevant raw material solutions.
- Offer **technical consultation and product recommendations**, ensuring customers select the most suitable raw materials for their formulations.
- Track **industry developments**, emerging trends, and competitor activities to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Conduct impactful **product presentations, demos, and solution pitches** tailored to client needs.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of **commercial agreements and contracts**, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as **logistics, supply chain, and finance** to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all sales efforts, leads, and client communications through the **CRM system**.
- Represent the company at **trade fairs, conferences, and networking events**, strengthening brand presence and exploring new leads.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
