We are currently hiring

**Sr. Executive
- Inside Sales**:
2. Product Presentation & Information: o Explain and discuss the benefits and features of health insurance policies. o Provide detailed product information and offer advice on the most suitable health insurance plans based on the customer’s profile. o Address customer queries and concerns related to policies, premiums, coverage, and exclusions.

3. Sales Conversion: o Close sales by actively persuading customers to purchase health insurance plans. o Handle objections, negotiate terms, and ensure that customers understand the value proposition. o Ensure that the sales process is followed and meet the sales targets set by the management.

4. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. o Follow-up with leads and customers to enhance the sales conversion rate and ensure customer satisfaction. o Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

5. Documentation & Compliance: o Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with industry standards and regulations. o Collect necessary documentation from customers for policy issuance. o Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies.

6. Achieve Sales Targets: o Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs. o Work closely with the sales manager to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Team Collaboration & Feedback: o Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction. o Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, needs, and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills**:Education: o A Bachelor’s degree in any field. o Certifications or training in sales or insurance** Experience: o Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. o Experience in selling health insurance or similar financial products is a plus.

**Skills: o Excellent communication skills in Hindi. o Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets. o Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations. o Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently. o Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. o Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.**
