**Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential clients, including construction firms, developers, architects, and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales pitches and materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when necessary.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, 3D printing, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in selling construction technology, materials, or machinery.
- Existing network in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
- Technical background in engineering, architecture, or construction is a plus.
