**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Guide customers through high-value jewellery purchases with trust and integrity
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
3. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure attractive store displays
4. Assist with billing, invoicing, and resolving customer queries
5. Comply with airport protocols and in-store security guidelines
6. Work seamlessly with team members across shifts

1. Graduate (any stream)
2. Freshers OR 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands
3. Fluent in Hindi, and local language (Marathi preferred)
4. Comfortable with rotational shifts
5. Must be living in Pune for 5 or 5+ years
6. Police verification is compulsory

**Work Schedule**:
1. 24×7 airport retail environment
2. 3 rotational shifts: Morning, Evening, Night (shift changes weekly)
3. 1 weekly off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
