Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- The role might require to work in UK Shift (12.30 PM IST to 9.30 PM IST) or South America shift (2.30 PM IST to 11.30 PM IST) depending on the need.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Eloqua instance to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Manage and maintain the Eloqua contact database, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and audit campaign performance to provide insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams across Juniper, primarily our Marketing Innovation Centre, to integrate Eloqua with other marketing systems ensuring data flow and synchronization.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on Eloqua best practices and maintain documentation for internal processes.

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
- Should have Bachelor’s Degree
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Ability to interface with team members and other project managers and program managers in distributed environment.
- Excellent communication, co-ordination, and organization skills. Go getter attitude.
- Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua and its various modules.
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud/Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Eloqua certification is a plus.
