Key Responsibilities Oracle Eloqua consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s marketing automation strategy and campaign execution through the Oracle Eloqua platform. The role encompasses end-to-end campaign setup, platform governance, data integrity management, and the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and data-driven customer communications. Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, optimizing marketing operations, and enhancing campaign performance and efficiency. Resolve the customer reported issues within the agreed SLAs. Work on enhancement requests and break fixes. Perform impact assessment and regression testing as part of quarterly upgrades. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA). Minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Deep Implementation/Support experience in Oracle Marketing modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Good-to-Have: Knowledge of other Oracle Marketing Modules (Responsys, Unity and Infinity) Excellent communication and project management skills, including stakeholder and team facilitation. Experience with Service Requests (SRs), Request for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support.
