**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Associate who has the organizational and collaborative skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for our global clients. This individual will be a team member with professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English. This is a crucial role within the company so it’s important to us that you have a passion for client servicing and that individually this is a great fit for you as well. This position is ideal for a person with a growth mindset as well as positive problem-solving skills to help promote a positive client experience every step of the way. The person should be flexible with the days worked during the week and be available to work on the weekends when scheduled.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking and managing volunteering events to assure that we eliminate roadblocks and provide high-quality services efficiently and support all operations for the client, end-to-end i.e. from setup to delivery
- Manage and support all client communications
- Bridge the communication and provide backend support for client service teams' queries
- Assist in operations for the client's volunteering event, end-to-end i.e. from setup to delivery
- Complete required CS follow-up (internal or external) for communication from other departments within 24 hours
- Accurate follow-up with the client following all emergency protocols
- Follow-up communication with the client is accurately documented in the systems

**Requirement**:

- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Flexible to work across times of the day and on weekends and preferably based out of Bangalore. It’s a 6-day job.
- Good Experience with Google & Microsoft tools (sheets, excel and drive, calendar, docs.)
- Real job experience handling multiple projects at one time and meeting tight deadlines
- Must have great proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Driven to be self-motivated and reliable with excellent organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
