**JD for Client Servicing Associate**:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objects, and advertising requirements.

Project Coordination: Act as point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating the execution of advertising campaigns, projects, and deliverables.

Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive briefs, ensuring a clear

understanding of their advertising objectives, target audience and budget constraints.

Creative Briefing: Prepare detailed and accurate creative briefs for the agency’s creative and design

teams, effectively communicating clients & expectations and requirements.

Timely Delivery: Monitor project timelines and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time

and providing regular updates to clients on project progress.

Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally,

finding practical solutions to maintain a positive client-agency relationship complementary advertising solutions to maximize client satisfaction and agency revenue.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
