**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- **Commercial Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance profitability.
- **Risk Management**: Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues affecting manufacturing operations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on financial and commercial performance.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Vendor Negotiations**: Engage in negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial roles, or related positions within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in financial modeling and working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
