We are Hiring Data Note ERP Executive for a well Known Refrigeration Manufactruing company based in Kadi, Gujarat.

Designation: ERP Executive (Data Note)

Experience: 3+ years of Data note Technical

Location: Kadi-Chhatral Road, Gujarat.

(Company provides transportation facilities)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Incident Management: Responding to and resolving user-reported issues with the ERP system, such as software bugs, configuration problems, or data errors. This may involve troubleshooting, investigating root causes, and implementing temporary or permanent fixes.

2. System Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the ERP system's performance, checking for any anomalies or potential problems, and taking proactive measures to prevent system downtime or data loss.

3. Configuration and Customization: Maintaining and updating the ERP system's configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet the changing business requirements of the organization.

4. User Support: Providing technical assistance and training to end-users on the proper usage of the ERP system, including navigating the interface, generating reports, and performing common business processes.

5. Backup and Recovery: Ensuring the regular backup of ERP data and testing the reliability of the backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure the system's resilience in the event of a failure or data loss.

6. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on the ERP system's configuration, customizations, and known issues, and sharing this knowledge with the wider support team.

8. Continuous Improvement: Analyzing system performance data, user feedback, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improving the ERP system's efficiency, usability, and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
