Role & responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the cross-functional experts for procurement activity
  • Vendor assessment prior to order execution for project orders.
  • Purchase goods and services and ensure a sustainable and best quality & cost.
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical/URS and commercial specifications required for the overall Purchase Items including project & routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with financial team members on PO/Work orders, invoicing, and other financial matters.
  • Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
  • Support sister concern companies (both local and overseas) to source suppliers.
  • Prepare reports related to sourcing/purchase as and when require.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Understanding of Basic RM, PM and of engineering items
  • Confident, Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Above Average knowledge of excel
  • ERP not mandatory but preferable

Job Location : Kadi, Gujarat (Bus facilities are available for daily commute)
