Job Purpose

To manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff.

· Monitor system performance and ensure network security.

· Maintain data backups and recovery systems.

· Provide technical support and training to employees.

· Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, email, and other IT applications.

· Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements.

· Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

· Experience with troubleshooting and system maintenance.

· Basic knowledge of data security and backup practices.

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Prior experience in IT support or system administration preferred.
