Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our hotel property across the digital landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and generate overall guest excitement for our hotel.
As a Digital Marketing Executive in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, drive traffic to our website, and increase bookings and revenue. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and target audience.

2. **Manage Social Media Presence**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.

3. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Optimize content for search engines and user engagement, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.

5. **Website Management and Optimization**:

- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and implement strategies to improve performance.

6. **Digital Advertising and Paid Campaigns**:

- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks to increase visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor advertising budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment.

7. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Prepare regular reports and insights to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

8. **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Keep abreast of latest trends and developments in digital marketing, hospitality industry, and technology landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
