As a Production Supervisor in the Bus Body Building sector within the Automotive Industry, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the manufacturing processes involved in constructing bus bodies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and production activities within the bus body **manufacturing** facility.
- Compile and analyze daily production reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Continuously optimize production procedures to achieve maximal output while minimizing costs and resource utilization.
- ollaborate with the management team to develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization to meet production targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve performance goals.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team capabilities.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance production processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of production equipment.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, production reports, and quality control documentation.
- Generate regular reports on production metrics and performance.
- Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in bus body building or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
