1. Excellent in written and verbal communication (English)

3. Should have a good analytical skill.

5. Experience of working in contact center, back office, branch operations would be preferred

6. Should be graduate with minimum 6 months experience preferably in banking sector

7. Should have good understanding capabilities to improve customer experience

8. To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the call, using DB provided by client (SQL)

9. Good listening skills and should be able to understand the customer complaints quickly.

10. To provide correct and quality information to customers on every call
