Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Banking Process As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their banking queries, transactions, and financial service requests while ensuring high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to banking services.
- Assist customers with queries regarding savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and online banking.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively within defined turnaround times.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow all regulatory & company guidelines.
- Achieve defined performance metrics including customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream (Experienced can apply).
- CIBIL Score: 600+
- HSC + 11months & above BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Graduate + 6 months & above experience
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial services preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (US)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Typing speed & computer proficiency is an added advantage.
- Any domain (non-BPO experience also acceptable)
