**Role Overview**:
We are hiring dynamic individuals for the **Voice Process** in the **Banking Domain** at our CBD Belapur location. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries related to login and payment issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

**Job Profile**:

- Address customer queries related to login and payment issues.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a **Banking BPO** process.
- Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹36,000 (in-hand) + ₹3,000 attendance bonus.

**Shift Timings**:

- Day Rotational: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Any 9 hours).
- **Sunday fixed off.**

**Mandatory Documents (Any 1)**:
