- **Shifts**: 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM OR 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM (US Shift)

**Job Overview**

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **1 year of International BPO voice experience** (US process preferred).
- Strong experience in **Collections** process.
- **Excellent spoken English** with strong communication skills.
- Must be Mumbai-based (company assets provided - **desktop only**, no laptops).
- Must keep **camera ON** during working hours.
- Comfortable with **US night shifts**.

**Work Schedule**
- Fixed US shifts:

- 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM OR
- 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM
- Weekends off.
- 1st Saturday of every month - half-day working.
- Total working hours**:10 hours (9 hrs login + 1 hr break)**.
