The Job Description is as follows:
Managing Recruitment Process:
- Developing job profiles with inputs from seniors, working with recruitment firms and
- Driving HR processes and schedules down to the line managers including training
schedules, performance review schedules and maintaining records.
- Maintaining Payroll System and HR Systems and Records.
Administration of Office Premises:
- Housekeeping and pantry management.
- Organizing all travel arrangements
- Office supplies and Petty Cash Management
- Assist CEO & COO on Special Projects
Skills & Qualification
- College Graduate with 2 to 3 years of work experience in similar role with a drive
for results and growth
- Good proficiency in English and Marathi
- Should be well versed with computers
- Should enjoy working in teams.
Location
- Mumbai
Remuneration
- Depending on capability and experience.
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
