KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage customers, offering assistance and product information in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products and accessories.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and features.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage sales transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining store displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and post-sales service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
