**Duration**: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
**Budget**: 30 LPA

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **end-to-end architecture and solution design** for Unsecured Lending/BNPL/Card Installment platforms.
- Work with stakeholders (business, product, technology) to translate requirements into **scalable, secure, and efficient solutions**.
- Design systems leveraging **Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, APIs, and Microservices**.
- Ensure architectural integrity across multiple workstreams and integrate with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture is implemented as designed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve scalability, performance, and flexibility.
- Mentor engineering teams on **architecture best practices** and act as a trusted advisor for solutioning.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **12-16 years** of IT experience with at least **5+ years in solution architecture**.
- Strong domain expertise in **Unsecured Lending, BNPL, and Card Installments**.
- Proven expertise with **Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event-Based Architecture, API-first design, and Microservices**.
- Experience working closely with **internal and external stakeholders** and bridging business-technology gaps.
- Strong understanding of **scalability, performance optimization, and secure architecture principles**.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and stakeholder management** skills.
- Ability to work in **cross-functional agile teams** delivering complex solutions.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
