We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with proven experience in defining architecture strategies, design patterns, and end-to-end solution frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and implement scalable and secure application architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Lead and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to architectural best practices and coding standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies aligned with business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from proof of concept to production deployment.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through effective design and reviews.
  • Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture design.
  • Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with design patterns, system integration, and enterprise-level solutioning.
  • Proficiency in database design and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
