**Tech Stack**: Java, REST, Postgres or any RDBMS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices, Cloud and BFSI experience

**Primary Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Architecture & Design patterns including Microservices, Cloud-native, API-First, and Event-driven architecture styles.
- Expertise in Card (Credit/Debit/Pre-paid) Processing domain.
- Certification in TOGAF or Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure SA).
- Proficiency in Java, REST, Postgres or any RDBMS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience in implementing solutions in the Banking domain.
- Familiarity with Banking industry frameworks such as BIAN, Open banking, and ISO20022.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in defining and delivering Solution Architecture for large programs, digital transformations, and point solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions covering Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in TOGAF or Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure SA) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Experience in the BFSI domain is highly desirable.
