Position Title: Solution Architect

Location: Nashik

**Job Summary**:
As a Solution Architect with over 7+years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Solution Design and Architecture**:
Develop high-level solution architectures that meet business requirements.

Ensure architectural solutions are aligned with the company's strategic direction.

Create and maintain architecture documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and data models.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

**Technology Evaluation and Selection**:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and tools that best meet business needs.

Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

**Implementation Oversight**:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of solutions.

Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

**Integration and Interoperability**:
Address and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

**Performance and Scalability**:
Ensure that solutions are designed for high performance, scalability, and availability.

Conduct performance assessments and optimization as needed.

**Security and Compliance**:
Ensure that solutions comply with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.

Conduct security assessments and audits of architectural designs.

**Mentorship and Development**:
Mentor and coach junior architects and development team members.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

**Experience**:
7+ years of experience in IT architecture and solution design.

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.

**Technical Skills**:
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

Proficiency in architectural design tools and modeling languages (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java,.NET, Python, JavaScript).

Familiarity with database design and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL).

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) relevant to the company's business.
