**Position**: Solution Architect - Fintech

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect solutions that leverage open banking APIs and integrate with various financial platforms.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, diagrams, and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend digital technologies and cloud services to improve system performance and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct system and solution reviews to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and cloud computing.
- Mentor junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, particularly in the fintech industry.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud architecture.
- Proficient in designing microservices-based architectures and understanding containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of open banking standards and APIs, as well as digital banking & digital insurance systems will be an advantage.
- Experience on Projects / system development in the BFSI domain will be an advantage.
