We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Solution Architect** with strong expertise in **Java development** and **data architecture** to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that leverage Java technologies and manage complex data integration, processing, and storage requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Solution Design & Architecture**:
Lead the design of complex solutions using Java technologies, ensuring that the architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements. Design end-to-end solutions involving both front-end and back-end systems with a focus on data integration and processing.
- **
Java & Data Expertise**:
Leverage your strong Java development background to design and implement software solutions. Utilize your experience with data models, data governance, and integration patterns to architect data solutions that support high-performance data processing and analytics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- **
Technology Strategy & Innovation**:
Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java, cloud computing, big data, and data management to drive innovation in system architecture. Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvements within the solution architecture.
- **
Risk Management & Technical Leadership**:
Conduct risk assessments for technical solutions and provide strategies for mitigating potential risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- **
Documentation & Standards**:
Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including high-level design documents, technical specifications, and operational procedures. Ensure that architectural standards and patterns are followed throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- **
Data Integration & Management**:
Architect data flows, ETL processes, and data storage solutions (relational, NoSQL, data lakes). Design systems that integrate disparate data sources into a unified data ecosystem to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- **
Cloud and DevOps Integration**:
Design cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate DevOps practices for automated deployments, monitoring, and scaling of solutions.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Over all 18+ years of experience in software development with at least 4-6 years in a solution architect role.
- Strong experience in Java
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, relational databases, data lakes, etc.).
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is a plus
