**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meta Search Engine Management**: Manage and optimize flight listings on various meta search engines such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.
- **Campaign Strategy Development**: Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns tailored to flight reservations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- **Data Analysis & Optimization**: Regularly analyze performance data to track bookings, optimize bid strategies, and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Partnerships & Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with meta search platforms and ensure seamless integration of flight data.
- **Budget Management**: Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and within budget.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Run tests to improve ad performance, user engagement, and booking conversion rates.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- **SEO & SEM Integration**: Work closely with the SEO and SEM teams to align strategies across all channels for optimal results.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new developments in flight reservation marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in meta search marketing, preferably in the travel or flight reservation industry.
- Strong knowledge of meta search engines (Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.) and PPC strategies.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the travel industry, specifically flight reservations.
- Knowledge of bid management tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
