**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and create detailed targeting strategies.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design/content team.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROAS through bid adjustments, A/B testing, and retargeting.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Stay updated with Meta’s latest algorithm updates, features, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to the marketing and leadership teams.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and tracking tools.
- Expertise in conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong creative sense for ad copy, visuals, and formats.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
