Performance Marketing Expert - Nutra ProductsKey Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and scale high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive sales for our Nutra products.
- Develop and test compelling ad creatives, landing pages, funnels, and copy that convert.
- Monitor campaign performance daily—adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to improve CAC, CPL, and ROAS consistently.
- Run smart A/B tests to refine creatives, improve CTR and conversion rates, and reduce churn.
- Build and optimize remarketing, custom, and lookalike audiences to maximize the efficiency of every touchpoint.
- Track and interpret data, turning insights into clear, actionable strategies—reporting performance weekly and monthly.
- Stay on top of changing algorithms, platform policies, and evolving trends in the Nutra advertising space.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Nutra, health, or wellness products.
- Demonstrated success in driving profitable campaigns, with ROAS consistently above 3x, solid CTR, and scalable CPL performance.
- Deep knowledge of compliance and ad policy challenges specific to the Nutra niche—and how to navigate them effectively.
- Proficient in using platforms and tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Hotjar, and similar analytics tools.
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels, landing page CRO, and lead generation tactics.
- Analytical thinker with a data-first approach and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with platforms like ClickFunnels, Shopify, Unbounce, or similar tools for funnel and page building.
- Experience running campaigns on native ad platforms like Taboola or Outbrain.
- Prior experience managing Nutra campaigns in Tier 1 markets such as the US, UK, Canada, or Europe.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
