Real Estate Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Highly Energetic, helpful, and cordial approach with abilities to meet customer requirements
- Should have a pleasing personality to interact with customer
- Creating customer delight experience while on-boarding new customers
- Thorough knowledge of real estate processes of the customer lifecycle from start till end
- Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management
- Coordination with bankers, channel partners, internal team, and other departments
- Ensuring timely collection of payment, following up with customer and banker for the sanction letter
- Co-ordinating for Making Agreements, Demands, NOC, and other related documents
- Handle customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc., and manage their expectations
- Maintaining a high (90%-100%) level of revenue assurance from assigned projects
- Offer the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting the best qualities like listening, acknowledgment, empathy, helpfulness, and most importantly customer centricity, Attending customers who visit HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process
- Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
- Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution. Building and maintaining long term relationship with a customers, Interaction with Customers for sales closure and final negotiation.
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
- Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams, Site Team, Accounts Team etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Generate leads through marketing activities and other promotional activities.
- Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records for designated project and share regular updates with the higher authority.
- Tracking Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancement
- Responsible in maintaining click up and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report
- Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic's
- Responsible for Demand generation, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note creation
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage
- Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
- Handling Possession processes
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
