We are hiring for the role of "**Sales Coordinator**" for Renowned FMCG Indian Brand in Mumbai. **Location**: - **Goregaon, Mumbai** **Requirement - MBA/MMS Fresher with strong English communication skills** **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing sales meetings, and managing calendars. Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional activities. 2. Data Management: Ensure the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is updated with the latest customer information, sales leads, and interactions. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sales data. 3. Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations. Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization. 4. Follow-up and Follow-through: Monitor and track the progress of sales deals, ensuring timely follow-up with potential customers and closing sales opportunities. Keep sales representatives informed about the status of their leads and deals. 5. Training and Onboarding: Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, familiarizing them with sales processes, tools, and company policies. 6. Sales Support Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Suggest and implement solutions to streamline sales support activities. 7. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance metrics, revenue analysis, and inventory levels.
