**Salary**: 25,000 INR per month

**Incentives**: 6,000 INR fixed incentive

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers via effective communication to enhance e-commerce sales.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting products, addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs, offer suitable product recommendations.
- Strive to meet/exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Develop strong knowledge of products, policies, industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for a positive buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven e-commerce sales experience, preferably similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment, meet sales targets.
- Problem-solving skills, positive attitude, self-motivation.
- Flexibility for fixed day shifts and onsite work.
