**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers using effective communication strategies to boost e-commerce sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, addressing inquiries and promoting products.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Strive to exceed monthly sales targets established by management.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, company policies, and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, ideally in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and perform onsite duties.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
