**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of essential medicines and supplies, focusing on Just-In-Time (JIT) procurement. This role involves supplier collaboration, contract negotiation, inventory management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Management**:

- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers.
- Manage the complete procurement process with a focus on cost reduction and quality.
- Implement JIT procurement strategies to optimize inventory levels.

**Inventory Control**:

- Monitor inventory and analyse consumption patterns to forecast needs.
- Prevent shortages or overstocking through effective management.
- Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

**Supplier Relations**:

- Build strong relationships with suppliers for favourable terms.
- Regularly assess supplier performance and resolve any issues promptly.

**Order Processing**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring necessary approvals.
- Track orders and manage logistics for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor pricing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and present findings to management.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with finance to manage budgets and process invoices.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics for seamless integration.
- Assist in developing efficient purchasing policies.

**Desired Profile/Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in B Pharm/D Pharm.
- 0-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or vendor relations, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with JIT procurement is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi fluency is added advantage.
- Strong multitasking, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
