
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to US customers based on provided leads.
- Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or appointments.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
- Work in coordination with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
