We are a growing **e-commerce company based at Khadi Sadan, Ambala**, focused on delivering high-quality apparel and lifestyle products across India. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused **Telecallers and Customer Care Executives** to join our dynamic team and help us enhance customer satisfaction and sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and assist with orders.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role (Freshers may apply).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, CRM tools).
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
