### Job Title: Installation Fitter - Motorized Rolling Shutters and Entrance Automation Products

**Location**: Manufacturing Plant, Industrial Area Prahladpura, Mansarovar and VKIA

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for Installation Fitters who are enthusiastic about learning and skilled in the installation of motorized rolling shutters and related products. The role requires working at heights of 10-15 feet, operating welding machines, and handling the physical demands of installation work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install motorized rolling shutters and entrance automation products at heights of 10-15 feet.
- Operate welding machines and other relevant tools safely and efficiently.
- Handle and lift materials and equipment during installation.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with the Project Manager and team members.
- Manage and maintain tools assigned for installation tasks.
- Properly document and manage handover to the customer after the completion of work.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of installation techniques for mechanical and automated systems.
- Ability to operate welding machines and other installation tools.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and installation work.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Basic literacy and documentation skills for managing handover documents.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new installation processes and technologies.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Remuneration**:

- Helper: INR 10,000-12,000 during the training period.
- Skilled Fitter: INR 14,000-15,000 during the training period.

**Training and Development**:

- The training period ranges from 3 to 6 months based on the trainee's ability to learn and perform.
- On successful completion of the training, the trainee will be hired on company rolls and will be entitled to PF and ESI benefits.
