**Job Description-**
- Spearheading OEM - Retail Motor General Insurance business. Dealing with Toyota, Hyundai, Maruti, Tata PV / CV, M&M, Renault, Nissan, Either, Yamaha & Royal Enfield Dealers in Mumbai.
- Pan India Managing & Handling Retail Motor business of Landmark Brokers and Heartbeat Brokers.
- With focus on performance, preparing business plans to support corporate objectives, creating strategic roadmaps for aggressive revenue growth initiatives.
- Responsible for sales & allied activities at dealer counters to achieve budgeted premium target goals, activation of dealerships and acquisition of new dealer counters
- Working out market mapping for better market penetration and thereby improved Gross Written Premium
- Implementing schemes at specific counters to increase market share
- Tracking P&L ratio assigned by the company, analysing & controlling P&L ratio and taking appropriate action towards avoiding high loss ratio business
- Responsible for the right product mix, productivity, profitable growth
- Guiding and motivating my Team in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and planning in order to enhance revenue growth
- New tie up with dealer ships, coordinate and motivate sales managers and executives
