**About Us**:
We are seeking a **Marketing and Operations Intern** to assist with operational tasks, HR responsibilities, and remotely managing interns. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily operational tasks, including lead generation and follow-up with potential students.
- Handle HR duties such as tracking intern attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Manage and coordinate remotely hired interns, ensuring clear communication and task management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operational processes.
- Conduct market research on study abroad trends and competition.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling consultations and managing student records.
- Support marketing efforts, including data entry, campaign coordination, and social media management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, consultations, and interviews.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
