1. Handle social media activities across platforms.

2. Promoting the brand through social media management.

3. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

4. Assist with the planning of social media marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement.

5. Maintaining competitor analytic reports and coming up with innovative ideas to compete with the latest brand trend report.

6. Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.

7. Work on (SEO) Backlinks generation of a particular website.

WFO: Work from Office
