**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive** to manage **office administration, material movements, billing, transactions, and payment follow-ups**. This role requires **strong multitasking skills**, along with the ability to coordinate smoothly between the sales, service, and accounts teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:

- Handle daily office activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
- **Material Movements**:

- Track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain records of material dispatches and receipts.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth operations.
- **Billing & Transactions**:

- Prepare sales and service invoices accurately.
- Record and maintain transaction details for future reference.
- Ensure timely GST filings and other statutory compliance, if required.
- **Payment Follow-ups**:

- Regularly follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain payment records and update the accounts team accordingly.
- Reconcile accounts and assist in payment clearance.
- **General Coordination**:

- Support sales and service teams with documentation and record-keeping.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.

**Who Can Apply?**

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic knowledge of accounts and billing.

Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.

Good communication and follow-up skills.
